The 45° corner is meant to be installed in the upper side arm. It will move the side arms out of the way for more loading clearance. Our version of the 45° corner is an extended version for more overlap into the upper arms for added strength. It also has 4 bolt holes for extended stability so there is no play when it's in the arm.
